ATV-TOYS wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping). Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Products must be in new unused condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, blank warranty cards, instruction manuals and a copy of your receipt. Special Order items are not returnable without prior approval. Please be sure to Insure your return for full value since we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred while retuning an item to ATV-TOYS.
Returns judged not to be in new condition are subject to refusal or a
15 % restocking fee. Returns must be postage paid, sorry we cannot accept COD shipments. For your protection, please insure your return package for its full value. Please include a copy of your invoice so we can properly credit your transaction.
How to Return an Item
Please examine your package upon arrival. If there is any external damage, please contact us before returning at 866 992-9929 or email us. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Undamaged returns to ATV-TOYS should be sent to:
